Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sampling ( Raw material, packaging materials, in process and final product samples) as per quality plan on regular basis
• Assist in testing /documentation and release of incoming materials (Raw materials, finished goods and packing materials) and final product by confirming specifications
• Assist to completion of all assigned analysis/task in stipulated time without any error
• Responsible for Enzyme assay profiling
• Responsible for spectrophotometric analysis and biochemical analysis (qualitative, quantitative, and titrimetric analysis)
• Assist in New Method development and improvement in existing methods
• Should be able to handle equipment’s (Spectrophotometer, moisture analyzer, pH meter, conductivity meter, viscosity meter, MTPR etc.) for QC testing
• Responsible for maintain and storage of samples in proper manner in sample cell
• Responsible for filing of test reports of RM/FG, RM/PM COAs in proper manner
• Responsible for update and maintain the sampling record on regular basis without any error
• Follow all standard and timeline for all QC activities
• Follow GLP and safety protocol during laboratory work
• Assist in preparation and maintenance the all required documents for compliances of ISO 22000 /Koshar/Halal/FSSAI certification
• Responsible for prepare and maintain the lab articles and timely generate the indent for new purchases
• Fair understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSAI, Lab safety & GLP management
• Maintain safe work environment by following standards & procedures and complying with legal regulations

We need Senior Research Associate to accomplish the Company’s R&D initiatives for our Brewery vertical.An ideal candidate will be MSc / Diploma in Brewing with minimum 3 years of experience in physicochemical characteristics analysis of raw material used in brewing industry, discovering new raw materials / processes in brewing with an emphasis on reducing water use, waste and greenhouse gas emissions.

The person shall be responsible for

• Be the clear R&D player by acting as product development lead in the brewing vertical and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive execution across multiple projects while maintaining and achieving timelines to ensure speed to market
• Technical advisory Activities related industrial processes, new projects and their solutions in the Brewery Industry
• Preparation of ROI/ C&B based upon report generated during trial
• Willing to travel up to 15% to customer plants and suppliers to provide technical assistance for
  Brewery Vertical at PAN India level.
• Maintains inventory of materials and supplies by placing timely orders to ensure proper
  operation of laboratory procedures
